  7. ¶3FAST ¶1have been active for a long time,
  8. but  they  started  for real in Summer
  9. -92  A  couple  of  weeks ago they had
  10. razzias  on some of the best boards in
  11. Norway.   This  was  a  big  shock for
  12. many.   Their  technics of getting the
  13. "pirates" may have been the most hated
  14. ones.    Because   nobody   are   safe
  15. anymore,   you   can  get  busted  for
  16. nothing   these  days.   And  all  the
  17. ¶3FAST¶1-boards,  which  have  been opened
  18. all  over  the world, really makes the
  19. nightmare come true!

  21. Most  of  the  active  members  of the
  22. scene  doesn't  care  that  much about
  23. games,  but  almost  everybody like to
  24. relax  with  a  game  once in a while.
  25. And  since most of us use our money on
  26. stamp-expencives   and   buying   more
  27. hardware to the ¶2Amiga ¶1(and of course a
  28. lot  more..)  and  since we don't like
  29. games  ¶2THAT  ¶1much,  we  just don't buy
  30. games.   Because  what is the point in
  31. buying a game which we only play a few
  32. times?

  34. Well, most of the companies have found
  35. out   that   young  children  are  the
  36. "buyers."  Companies  like  ¶2OCEAN  ¶1for
  37. instance,   concentrate  on  producing
  38. games  for young children.  (Crap) And
  39. this  is another proof that shows that
  40. most  of the companies only care about
  41. money,  not  if the products are liked
  42. at  all.  (This is not meant about all
  43. the companies!) Let's take an example:
  44. Home  Alone;  This  is  the worst game
  45. I've  ever played.  It's so boring and
  46. so little pleasure!  But the producers
  47. only  cared  about  the  name, because
  48. they  knew  that  young children would
  49. buy it!

  51. The  companies says that the prices is
  52. so  high because of the piracy.  Well,
  53. what    about   the   consoles?    The
  54. producers  play monopoly on the games,
  55. because  of  almost  no active piracy.
  56. And  instead  of  lowering the prices,
  57. their  prices  is sky-high!  -Money is
  58. the keyword here!

  60. Back  to  ¶3FAST¶1:  After my opinion they
  61. are  destroying  the  scene.  Because,
  62. they are treathing all the swappers on
  63. the   scene!    Well,   their  job  is
  64. understand-  able,  but  I don't think
  65. it's  the right way.  Instead of using
  66. their  money  to  "catch" the "pirats"
  67. they  could  use their money on making
  68. gameprotections more high-tech, try to
  69. lower  the  prices on games or use the
  70. money   on   charity  or  something...
  71. Well,  a  fact is anyway that FAST are
  72. ripping of Commodore.  Well, of course
  73. not directly, but all the pirates they
  74. take  are persons which would and have
  75. used  a  lot of money, buying hardware
  76. from  Commodore.   Perhaps  a modem to
  77. get  more  games  with, HD to play the
  78. boring   Sierra  games  and  expencive
  79. laser-  printers  to  write letters to
  80. their game contacts...

  82. ¶3FAST  ¶1must be stopped before they ruin
  83. everything.   (!) ¶3FAST ¶1does indirectly
  84. kill the ¶2Amiga.  ¶1And they stop all the
  85. new  ¶2Amiga¶1-users of buying it, because
  86. many  of  them  want  to  buy an ¶2Amiga
  87. ¶1because  of  all  the great games out,
  88. -and   there   won't   be   a  lot  of
  89. amigabuyers left if they find out that
  90. they  have  to  buy  all  their games,
  91. unless  they  don't  want  to take the
  92. risk,  of  ending up in a smelly jail,
  93. beaten  up  by the prisoners and raped
  94. by the jail-keepers!!!

  96. WE,  the active part of the scene must
  97. fight    the   outsiders!    ¶3FAST   ¶1is
  98. outsiders!   They must be stopped now!
  99. Their   access   to   boards  must  be
  100. terminated.   You  all have to do what
  101. you  all  have  to  do!   Kill them if
  102. nessecary!!(Joke!)

  104. And  Commodore,  you better stop them!
  105. Their  activities  will  ruin  YOU!  I
  106. really  don't  understand why you have
  107. let them come as far as they have!

  109. And to ¶3FAST ¶1I'd like to say:  You must
  110. be blind or just plain stoopid, not to
  111. understand  that  there  are a leak in
  112. the  gamecompanies.   How they fuck do
  113. you  think that we get the games?  -Do
  114. you  actually  think  we buy the games
  115. from   local  stores  and  crack  them
  116. afterwards?  No way!  We get the games
  117. long before the local stores get them!
  118. You   must  understand  that  all  the
  119. gamecompanies  have insiders which are
  120. corrupt,  and  sells  the games to all
  121. the  biggest  crack-groups around.  So
  122. try  to stop the leak before you catch
  123. the "innocent pirats!"
